Are you our new Payroll Coordinator?
We are looking for someone with a pronounced service mindset to join our strong, competent, and friendly HR team. You have a great interest in the payroll process and want to provide our managers with professional support in a wide range of payroll and HR issues.
About the role
In 2024, we successfully outsourced our payroll management to Aspia. We are now looking for you to fill a qualified role as a Payroll Coordinator. In this role, you will be offered a varied job where you will work broadly with HR and payroll-related issues. The role involves many points of contact throughout our organization, and you will, among other things:
- Be our senior payroll coordinator responsible for ensuring the quality of reported data before payroll processing
- Act as our professional requirements setter internally and to Aspia, which manages our payroll administration
- Serve as the first point of contact with Aspia
- Drive change and improvement processes within reporting and payroll-related issues
- Identify cost increases in the payroll process
- Follow up on a delegated budget responsibility for the payroll management process
- Conduct training for managers and employees to ensure and simplify the internal reporting and payroll process
- Assist managers with support in questions related to our HRM system and other digital HR-related systems
- Handle and respond to ongoing inquiries in our case management system
- Independently drive and participate in development projects related to our HRM system as well as other HR-related projects
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will also work on establishing employment contracts, scheduling, interpreting collective agreements, updating the employee handbook, and participating in various efficiency projects within the HR field.
You will be part of a highly competent HR team consisting of 10 people, and you will report directly to the HR manager.
You have:
- Several years of experience working as a payroll coordinator/payroll specialist or equivalent
- Experience in qualified HR and payroll administration and previous experience in scheduling
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Experience working in a personnel-intensive business
- Experience independently driving and participating in development projects related to payroll
It is advantageous if you have experience with Flex HRM and Flex Payroll. Since the position involves interpreting collective agreements, you have basic labor law knowledge. Experience working with outsourced payroll in the past and knowing how to best collaborate with an external payroll partner is also advantageous.
You have the ability to clearly share your knowledge and are keen on structure and order. You have a pronounced sense of service and a trustworthy demeanor, where you are perceived as secure with a solution-oriented mindset.
You thrive in a responsible role where you find it easy to drive your own work forward, and as a person, you are meticulous and curious. Above all, you enjoy developing, learning new things, and working with continuous improvements with a strong interest in process issues. You are a skilled communicator with a good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish, and you have good collaboration skills.

Other information about the position
- Permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probationary period.
